 Rates Policy

1. Mystic Place reserves the right to change its policies & prices witout prior notice.
2. Long stay rates also available for those who stay 1 month or more. Please contact us for more details.
3. Prices are subject to 7% VAT and 5% service charge.
 ***Cancellation Policy***
1. Cancellations more than 2 days prior to arrival - No Charge
2. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival or No Shows - 1 night charge.
3. Reservations less than 2 days in advanced will automatically be guaranteed.
 Smoking Policy
Please note, that our Hotel is a Non-Smoking Hotel and it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.
Any smoking can be done outside at the balcony or gangway. Thank you.
 Switching Rooms
Guests who stay for 3 or more consecutive nights are allowed to switch rooms once FREE of charge. If you wish to switch rooms daily, a flat fee of THB 250 per night per room will be applied.
 Children & Third Parties
A maximum of 2 children under 10 can share a room FREE of charge without an extra bed.
A third person or extra bed will be charged per room per night per person. 
 Check in & Check out

C/I time : 13.00 hrs and C/O time : 11.00 hrs. For early C/I  & late C/O depends on a room availabilities with an extra charge.
After checking out, you can leave your luggage behind the lobby till you collect it back.

If you would like to go out before 12.00 hrs on the day of the room switch, please pack your luggage and leave at the same room. After that, we'll take good care of it for you.
